Held in conjunction with The Art of Living Black (TAOLB) annual series of exhibits and open studios events, TAOLB at Mills will take place from 11am to 5pm on Saturday, Feburary 23 and Sunday February 24, 2013 in the Mills College Student Union. This open studios exhibit and fair provides a unique opportunity for attendees to meet the artists and chat with them about their work. The show includes sculptors, painters, jewelry makers, mixed media artists, photographers, and doll makers. In addition, there will be poetry performances by Mills College student-writers.
